This is the first step for most clients before moving into ongoing services. (Package starts at $1,500 with payment plans available).
Package 2: Monthly Bookkeeping + Consulting: An ongoing relationship where your finances stay clean, clear and supportive.
- Ongoing income and expenses categorization and reconciliations
- Monthly reports with consulting built in so you understand your numbers, not just receive them
- Guidance on best practices and systems as your business evolves
- Year-end tax-ready books
This is the foundation that makes taxes stress-free. (Packages start at $420/month).
Package 3: Full Package Tax Preparation: For the business owner who wants everything wrapped up neatly at tax time.
- Annual Tax Prep Filing of Business and Personal Return
- Year Round Advisory Support via email
- Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments
- Unlimited 1099 Contractor Filings
- Consulting/Check In Meetings
Packages start at $2,000 per year--payment plans are available. **Available only if bookkeeping is current, if not we will recommend package 1 first to get you organized.

how it works
As a virtual Tax Accountant, I have a walk-through plan that will guide you through every step of the way.
Custom Client Portal Set Up
As a client, we will set you up with a customized and secure portal where you will gather your tax items and information
Secure Document Upload
Inside your portal will be your Client Organizer for the year where you will complete your information and upload your Tax Documents.
1st Draft of Return
Once your documents are uploaded, we will start the process of working on your Tax Return.
Live Online Review
Once we’re finished with the first draft, we’ll contact you to schedule a good time to chat virtually. During this time, we’ll go over everything on your return and answer any questions you may have.
File Your Return
After we’re done, we’ll ask you to electronically sign your tax return so we can transmit it to the IRS and State and send you a final copy for your records. You will then have Tax Planning meetings with me during the year to make sure you stay organized while implementing strategies to save money in Taxes.
